That’s why Acoustic Connect customers will now be able to analyze additional customer signals and behavioral data as part of ‘Insights’. In addition, we are now making ‘Insights’ available through the Acoustic Campaign platform, allowing you to leverage our new, robust dashboards and actionable analytics capabilities as part of the Acoustic Campaign multichannel marketing suite.

Leverage Customer Signals for Hyper-personalization:

One of the most exciting components of this release is the Experience Analytics Dashboard, providing visibility into customer behavior and engagement levels.
