The most rewarding part of my job is building relationships and rapport with all of the clients that I'm working with on a day-to-day basis and seeing the strategic recommendations... pay dividends by driving more engagement and revenue.

Being on the customer support team, I have a unique perspective of what customers mean to Acoustic. In my opinion, the most important thing about customers is that they are constantly challenging us, pointing out areas for improvement, teaching us, and motivating us to do better.
