This lets you use more advanced customer signals, such as behavioral data as triggers within Journey Orchestration. As a result, you’ll be able to build more personal customer experiences and boost conversions. We have officially made Journey Orchestration available for Acoustic Campaign customers as well, representing a huge leap forward in terms of usability and timely automation.
Introducing Insights with Channel Dashboards:
We know how important it is for you to have a 360-degree view of the customer experience. That’s why Acoustic Connect customers will now be able to analyze additional customer signals and behavioral data as part of ‘Insights’. In addition, we are now making ‘Insights’ available through the Acoustic Campaign platform, allowing you to leverage our new, robust dashboards and actionable analytics capabilities as part of the Acoustic Campaign multichannel marketing suite.
Leverage Customer Signals for Hyper-personalization:
One of the most exciting components of this release is the Experience Analytics Dashboard, providing visibility into customer behavior and engagement levels. This new dashboard allows Acoustic Connect users to understand why a customer converted or abandoned and identify intent in real time. Even better, you can action on this data when building customer journeys and leverage behavioral customer signals, as journey triggers.
