Acoustic is Prepped and Ready for the 2023 Holiday Shopping Season

At Acoustic, this time of year is defined by one word: preparation. Our efforts to prepare for the holiday shopping season began several months ago. We started extra early this year because, in addition to our normal efforts to harden the code and stabilize the platform, we continue to deliver new innovations and insights in our new Acoustic Connect platform, like our Insights dashboard to help you manage campaigns more effectively.
As you gear up for the busiest time of the year, here’s how we’re getting ready to help you all holiday season long.
Checkin’ it twice to make sure all systems go: We’re working to ensure our systems are stable, performing, and operating at the highest level of efficiency, performance, and reliability. If you’re subscribed to Acoustic Status page notifications, you may notice some planned maintenance throughout October, this is our final set of upgrades and modifications to ensure the platform is 100% ready to go.
We’re delivering more cheer with 24/7 support: We’ll be providing around-the-clock support, regardless of geography, on every single day—including Diwali, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have also increased our workforce capacity and brought in subject matter experts to ensure we are ready to handle any issues that come up quickly.
Keeping things safe and secure: We’re working to harden the product code base and investing in our infrastructure. We have clear freeze dates and protocols to minimize risk during this important time of year.
Just think of us as helpful elves: Acoustic is hosting webinars and providing educational material to help customers get better prepared. A refreshed Holiday Readiness course is now available on Acoustic Academy along with a handy checklist to help you. We’ve also shared 8 best practices to improve your deliverability here.
And, we’re doing all of this while ensuring it doesn’t slow down innovation. Acoustic has taken a phased approach to rolling out new capabilities without disrupting existing functionality. For example, the new Acoustic Insights dashboard capability operates on separate infrastructure and gives customers brand new ways to get business insights without taking away any of the existing reporting capabilities.
